About Kim
Kim Rice Whittemore’s career spans more than 35 years. Kim helps executives and entrepreneurs become the architects of their companies’ and their own futures. She has helped leaders define and implement growth strategies, develop innovative work processes and design high‐performance organizations, all informed by the company’s vision and aligned with the needs of the marketplace. Kim has worked as a management consultant with a wide variety of clients most notably The Thomson Corporation, where she led numerous planning and change initiatives across more than 16 Thomson-owned companies including Omgeo, a global financial services business, where she held the position of Managing Director, Strategy.
Kim brings a powerful combination of the practical and the conceptual to her work in strategy and coaching. She has a unique perspective on how universal principles govern every aspect of our reality and how we can apply those principles to scale a business, become an effective leader or find our calling. Kim has an exceptional talent for helping her clients’ sort through the morass of detailed issues to get to essential questions and vital decisions in their businesses and in their lives. She accomplishes this with a contagious enthusiasm and joy for her work.
Kim was mentored by esteemed management consultant Michael Doyle and has studied with world-renowned teachers of strategy, organization design, coaching, quantum physics, intuition, gender and equus coaching including: Dr. John Demartini; Jay Galbraith, PhD; Caroline Myss, PhD; Martha Beck, PhD; Koelle Simpson. Kim lives in Lincoln, Massachusetts with her husband Todd and their dog Mellie.
